I'm not sure if "woke" is the right word for this, but yes, I've had moments where I've suddenly snapped out of muscle memory, only to realize, "oh fuck the way I'm doing this is actually really dangerous"

Mark Mothersbaugh only did two things of note. and one of those things... was a fuucking Marvel movie.

Reminds me of a story I heard of how this guy met the lead animator for Courage the Cowardly Dog, because they were their substitute teacher or something

    I second this. I haven't personally seen cases where "read more" with obstructed text leads to a new page instead of expanding it, it may be more common on other places like news sites or the like (I don't really frequent those). But yeah, when I clicked that button on e6, I expected the text to be revealed in full just like how it works on YouTube.

    I guess what could potentially solve this issue is by making "read more" more obvious as a link and and not covering the text like it can be revealed, maybe by cutting it off with ellipsis instead.

I know that the thing at the top of Google searches has a button that functions like this, sometimes on information ''aggregated'' with vaguely traditional methods, but usually their dumb AI overview thing. the second of which is notable for also having an almost identical gradient on the text.

    some other examples are longer youtube comments, tweets, and similar.

    ehh... what's on e9 right now's not that bad, mostly just the new wiki thing being at the top of single tag searches. and, I mean, that's a new element, so if someone really hated it they could just, like, { display: none; } and the site would more or less look like how it had before.

    my only real problem with it right now is that it has a Read More button that just loads a new page, which is usually not what that means. it should probably say something else (especially in cases where article is already displayed in full) and it also shouldn't be placed in such a way that it overlaps with text of the article in the way it does. the gradient also feels like it "starts" to early and "ends" too late, but that might be more of a personal thing.

    also that half-pixel diffrence between the search text box and the search button.

    e6 has no blocklist currently (other than user blacklisting) and the only people who can hide stuff is the staff.

    It's been a day but I've got an idea
    We could combine your previous idea of a friendslist andy he blips, so only those who you've friended would have their blips show up on your profile

    did you accidentally set your navbar position to Off (not recommended) somehow?

    I was gonna ask where the navigation bar for pool comics is since I couldn’t navigate easily from previous or to the next page. But I finally figured it out. So false alarm. 🤷🏽‍♂️
