from my (admittedly years out of date) experience: Safari just fucking hates webm, and downloading any other browser on the app store won't fix that since they're all also safari under the hood

i haven't tested it myself: but your best bet you probably to download an offline media player app like VLC and just watch any webm content from there

I got a brand new fucking phone and it’s still happening. Certain videos still have stuttery audio for me. From my experience, it’s just this site, and it doesn’t even happen on every video.
