Given his volume of uploads/tags, it was on him to monitor himself. We trusted him to fix his mistakes but he failed to do so. This is why he lost his Privileged status and was ultimately banned. The cited posts are just the tip of the iceberg. [4]

Even I wasn't aware of it until I took a good look at his tag edits. You'd think that without mass tag edit tools, one would be able to focus more on making sure they were doing things properly, especially after being warned multiple times. [2]
Many of the cited posts aren't what led to the ban. Tag errors like genders and ratings, which people blacklist, lead to people complaining and creating more work (and possibly records) for everyone else. This has been going on for a very long time [1]

@Chameloshi: Range will be limited by the viscosity of the liquid you're firing, which for LN is pretty low.
It's mainly impractical because flammable liquids store more easily and for a lot longer.
Also they stick to you, LN tends to bounce off.

@MariaDevita: It's probably going to be both, the nitrogen will freeze the plastic which makes it brittle, meanwhile it will also boil causing the pressure to rise until it the weakened tank ruptures.

It doesn't need to cut things, just freeze 'em.
