@Chameloshi: Similar to the one used in this video , but toned down with less pressure so it would still have range without wasting ludicrous amounts of liquid nitrogen.

It doesn't need to cut things, just freeze 'em.

@Chameloshi: just fill a squirt gun with liquid nitrogen, it could work.

@Chameloshi: Range will be limited by the viscosity of the liquid you're firing, which for LN is pretty low.
It's mainly impractical because flammable liquids store more easily and for a lot longer.
Also they stick to you, LN tends to bounce off.
