Alien axolotl race from the setting of Wildgate. They are described in lore entry as super-intelligent amphibians with an affinity for technical salvage and inventing, despite the classification of amphibian they seem to be fully obligate aquatic with the only example so far (Sal) needing a fully enclosed water filled environmental suit to survive in earth like environments. They have sleek pale bodies resembling a salamander with a paddle fin tail and 4 gill stalks extending from the back of the head.
