The act of urinating or having urinated while asleep. This is distinct from bedwetting because bedwetting must involve a bed and can also include scenarios where someone urinates onto a bed while awake. Nocturnal enuresis can include scenarios where someone begins urinating while sleeping but wakes up while the process is still occurring, often to their surprise.

As a tag it should be used when a character is actively urinating while asleep or they're awake and there's an indication they've urinated while sleeping, such as a look of surprise or a comment about it. For the tag to apply, they must have urinated while sleeping at some point. This tag may not apply if the character fell asleep after urinating, but this is a rare scenario.
