Any application of vacuum pressure or suction to the nipples, by any means. This may include via a character using their mouth or other appendage, or via a toy, machine, or other device.

Typically used for the purposes of nipple play or breast milking. With intense enough vacuum pressure, nipple suction can also be used for nipple torture.
