Hugo Boss is a German fashion brand headquartered in Metzingen. It offers clothing and accessories (nowadays separately marketed as HUGO and BOSS), off-the-rack suits, footwear, leather goods and fragrances and other licensed products such as eyewear and watches. The company was founded in 1924 by Hugo Ferdinand Boss) and only produced general-purpose clothing back then. The brand is often—incorrectly—credited with designing the uniforms of the Nazi SS; they were merely the manufacturer.
