A Greek and Roman forest deity, with lower body of a goat and upper body of a human with the exception of usually carrying goat horns and/or ears. Often associated with the Greek god Pan.

Not to be confused with

• faun_(spyro) - A species from the Spyro the Dragon universe of the same name. While the original model of this species more closely resembles a traditional faun, the redesigned version, and most artist depictions are fully anthro. Depictions of this species more typically resemble a cervid than a goat.
