Remy the Rat is the protagonist of Pixar's Ratatouille. He is a blue/grey rat with human level intelligence, an unusually sensitive smell, and a passion for gourmet food and cooking. He dreams of being the greatest chef in Paris just like his idol Auguste Gusteau. He winds up getting the chance to cook in Gusteau's restaurant by hiding within the chef's hat of Alfredo Linguini and literally puppeting his actions by pulling his hair.
