A specific type of chastity cage that is meant to sit on the wearer's external sheath (sometimes with a ring around the balls) or other type of retractable animal penis that has a visible sheathed protrusion with an opening pointing upwards in its flaccid state, either fully sheathed or with a penis tip poking out of the cage's opening.

This type of cage differs from the more generic chastity cage that may be applied on a humanoid external flaccid penis (ex. pointing downwards over the balls). A sheath cage is usually presented like a dome shape above the balls with the opening lining up with the sheath's tip, or a cage with bars that is visibly preventing the concealed sheathed penis from expanding upwards and out of its sheath.

This tags does not apply when:

• The chastity device covers an internal lizard-type genitalia (ex. a slit), as it would not create a visible protrusion in its flaccid state.
• It is not apparent that the chastity device is concealing a sheath from the angle it is presented (ex. from a low-angle view, or when only the ring around the balls is showing from a rear view perspective).
• The chastity device has no noticeable opening hole to line up with the concealed sheath's tip, which would create an ambiguity on the type of genitalia hidden underneath the cage.
• The chastity device is mostly covered by the wearer's sheath (cf. in-sheath_cage)
