Powerline is a singer and dancer who appears in the 1995 film A Goofy Movie. He is portrayed as being "the biggest rockstar [pop star] on the planet" in the film and is idolized by Max Goof, who ends up crashing his concert in Los Angeles along with Max's father Goofy. He was voiced by American singer Tevin Campbell, a protégé of American musician Prince, in the film, singing two songs for the film's soundtrack, "Stand Out" and "I2I" (pronounced "eye to eye").

Note that despite the disambiguation, he does not appear in the television series Goof Troop.
