Character: rene taxel
René Taxel is a two-headed nonbinary naga created by Parcly Taxel.
They were inspired by one of the scenarios in the board game Betrayal of House on the Hill, whose "traitor" is exactly that kind of monster. However, there is a choker where their two snake heads connect, which can be slid up to give a one-headed and three-eyed form. The third eye can shoot portals to anywhere they can think of.
