Smothering describes any image where a character's face, head, nose and/or mouth are squished into, shoved between, or covered by the body parts of another, typically as part of a sexual act, this is often done as an act of domination or humiliation. This is done by a character using their breasts, butt, balls, pussy, or their entire body, with potential rare examples of using another body part.
