Chester Ringtail, also known as Chester Magreer, is a cacomistle created and owned by female furry artist Terrie Smith. Chester is best known for his appearance as one of the protagonists in Terrie Smith's comic series, Havoc Inc., his gay relationship with fellow Havoc Inc protagonist Chris Deck the wolf, as well as for his flamboyant and flirtatious personality and fashion sense that more often than not gets Chester into trouble that Chris has to bail him out of.

Chester was extremely popular in the furry fandom of the 90s and early 2000s, and though he's not as well known now as he was in his heyday, Chester remains an iconic character from that time period.
