Susie is a deuteragonist of Deltarune. She is the "monster" as foretold by the Prophecy. She appears a tall, purple skinned, reptile with freckles, and messy brown hair that hangs over her eyes - When her hair is moved, her eyes are revealed to be yellow. She wears a long purple jacket, a white and blue shirt, a pair of torn jeans and black shoes. Whenever she enters the mysterious Dark World, her appearance changes: her hair becomes purple, her skin turns pink, and her clothes are replaced with a black vest with pink trim, a purple shirt, baggy plum pants, and black boots with golden trim. She also gains spiked bracelets and armlets, and a belt with a large golden buckle in the shape of a heart.

She frequently bullies her fellow students - most notably Kris - and in general acts like a hellion, only doing what she wants, when she wants to, with little to no regard for anyone or anything else. Upon falling into the Dark World, she carries on her behavior there, generally terrorizing any Darkner she encounters with casual disregard... until the people and circumstances she encounters there force her to rethink her world view, after which she softens considerably.

She revels in inflicting violence against anything and anyone that she sees as an enemy. However, even when deeply enraged, she refuses to kill anyone.

She is nearly always hungry, and will eat anything, including things like pencils and chalk. She is permanently banned from Free Ham Sandwich Day.

Noelle Holiday harbors an intense crush on her.
