Usually, the first thing that most people think of in terms of kissing. This tag is to be used in any image that shows clear and unambiguous lip-to-lip contact.
Before adding, take a closer look to make sure it's this, an imminent kiss, or french kissing. Though it's possible to overlap with the latter, it's usually difficult to tell in works that are not comics or animations.
