Telegram is a cloud-based instant messaging and voice over IP service. It allows you to create "stickers" for reactions, and it's quite popular to make furry stickers for it.

This copyright tag applies to Telegram IP, such as its official logo and artwork. Unless those things are included, stickers created by independent artists do not automatically get this tag.
