tail under skirt
Unlike the tail_through_skirt, the skirt worn by the character shows the tail under the skirt may be easily seen upskirt, raised_skirt or between the legs if long enough. If the skirt is raised and is now on lower back/stomach or higher, this tag no longer applies.
Note: This tag is used for both dresses, and skirts. Please be careful to tag the correct clothing item when using this tag.
