When a character (usually with a small_penis) loosely penetrates another character. Situations where this tag could be such as disinterested_sex or when explicitly stated in the image/animation. The tag can also be used for an implied penetration, imminent sex or a micro on macro scenario where the penetrator's penis is dwarfed by the size of the penetrated.

This often involves a size_difference between the two partners, and sometimes an extreme_size_difference.
