Species: quenarr
Quenarr are a series of bio-engineered life forms made to serve purposes of a long extinct civilization. (Example: Rain World Flora/Fauna lore)
They come in several variations. Terra, Deepbore, Aurora, Atherveld, and Starborn. Each of these represent of which conditions and genetics they were born.
