Hans Hepner is a character from the 2016 Nazi furry propaganda novel The Furred Reich. A seventeen-year-old rifleman in the Panzergrenadier-Division "Großdeutschland", he is saved from certain death in an unidentified battle on the Eastern Front of World War II, materializing in a world of anthropomorphic animals. After a one-night stand with a traveling pair, he embarks on a cross-country trek in pursuit of a German fighter plane that arrives shortly after him. During his journey (which involves the violent flight from one city when he fails to provide a passport) he has a one-night stand with a philanderer before eventually stumbling upon a naturist snow leopard with whom he quickly falls in love. Following a wolf attack that wounds them both, he is found by the remnants of a Leibstandarte battalion under command of Jochen Peiper. During a subsequent hunt the group encounters a wolf who leads them to the "Lightning Rune Tribe", a consolidation of local packs under Sepp Dietrich. Together, the German soldiers and wolves turn back an invasion of orcs that have been ravaging the continent.
