Jesse Collins is an original border collie character created by artist Wolfblade. The character originates from the 2008 Softpaw magazine comic, "Oh, Brother!" along with his brothers, Cam and Tyrone. Jesse's age is fluid, depending upon the artists' conception of the character, however his personality changes as he ages. Jesse is a versatile homosexual with incestuous tendencies.
