The first major antagonist Dragon Ball GT, a Tuffle android created to avenge the extinction of the Tuffle race at the hands of the Saiyans.
Using his power to infect others, he took control of Vegeta to become Baby Vegeta, and was able to access the Golden Oozaru form in this state, becoming Oozaru Baby.
