Dipstick ears are when the tips of the ears of a creature are colored differently than the rest of the ears, as if they were "dipped" in a bucket of paint.
If the whole ear is a single color, then the respective ear color tag should be used instead. For example, if the ears are entirely black, then use black_ears.
