remove alias anal_sex (1) -> anal_penetration (371619)

Reason: A simple BUR that moves the anal_sex alias from anal_penetration to anal. Anal sex is not by definition penetrative, so it's safer to alias to anal to avoid clear mistags at the risk of some penetration not being tagged.

See topic #56860 for discussion, which had some feedback but no clear conclusive decision on one of the other. For the purpose of the BUR, all of the fuck-suffix aliases are remaining untouched and can be addressed later if need be.

TODO: Create a follow-up to swap the alias over, as it's not possible to unalias and re-alias to a different tag in the same BUR.
