Not if the artwork has more than two people, as that muddles things a bit. E.g.: Female + male dominate non-male together; female dominates non-male while picture features unrelated male/female pairing with no dom/sub dynamic; various other scenarios

Or dominant_female submissive_male. I don't expect many false positives with a search like that. There can be an occasional false positive, but searches don't need to be 100% perfect (returning everything desired and no false positives) so long as it's "good enough". If there's only one or two posts per page that aren't female dominating male with such a search, IMO that's not bad, they're easy to skip over.
