Reason: These are from BUR #2707. Forum discussions at the time were hinting at the intention of flipping the wording (both because it's more natural and because it avoids blocking tags related to internal organs, such as topic #46390), but the BUR was approved before the script got adjusted.

I intend to follow that up with this BUR:

Here I'm using the noun for each orifice/cavity except for anal and oral, which commonly extend beyond the orifice itself (oral could extend to views from the throat or possibly stomach, for instance). That's the way that seems the most sensical to me, though I could be convinced otherwise.
