Since I'm pretty sure I cannot hold a YouTube account without some sort of Google Account tied to it, I have no choice but to abandon YouTube entirely as I search for a more reputable email service.

If only I could self-host my own email personally, but the internet will never function like that thanks to how large and widespread "tech companies" have become and the fact it's borderline impossible to not be bounced back as "spam" because your domain name doesn't match that of a big tech company.
