@W0LFB3AT5: I got myself a Fox FX-523 B knife with a cobalt alloy blade.
It's made in Italy which I didn't have a knife from there yet. It also has a little fox on the blade and a bright orange back spacer.
My friend got me something from Russia so that's not arriving until after Christmas, but I'm excited to see what that is.

U can also turn the heat higher when cooking to make the outside crispy while the inside stays softer an fluffy or decrease heat to cook more thoughoghly. Also too much water can make them spongey instead of fluffy.
