@Fenrick: Tell me about it. Same goes with characters using a helmet. You know they're gonna die. I like the general grunt and I care for them in games. I have spent quite a lot of time trying to keep everyone alive.

@Sorrowless: Yeah. It's understandable, but doesn't change how silly it is.
What also bothers me is when you see flight or space helmets with lights on the inside so you can see the actor's face. It's a nice compromise, but it would blind the wearer.
