@furballs_dc: Crews conveniently dying is the laziest plot device ever and it's pretty much ubiquitous

Gets pretty silly when absolutely every named passenger is okay and completely uninjured but the unestablished pilots are the only deaths in a crash

@Fenrick: Tell me about it. Same goes with characters using a helmet. You know they're gonna die. I like the general grunt and I care for them in games. I have spent quite a lot of time trying to keep everyone alive.
