@zenitix: Textures in general are not the same as photographic noise, and do not "play well" with the lossy compression of jpegs. It will just end up looking like a discolored mess, especially with warmer colors.

@NotMeNotYou: I'll fold and say for anything that we would see on this site, png is better.
But I'm still am going to use jpeg for photography, because tiff files are too large, and png have artifacting if you use sharpening software.
@Ratte: you removed my upload for quality issues and a 3rd party watermark. This hasn't been an issue before. the watermark is from the application I used to make it. I request you let me keep it up as I put a lot of effort into this one in particular.
