I don’t know if others are having the same problem but ever since the update for mp4 files, webm video’s just don’t work anymore. Except videos that were posted before the update, those work just fine. I’m using an iPad and I’ve used both brave and DuckDuckGo browsers and the results are the same. If I download and play it on VLC it works but that’s just tedious.

Yeah certain webm videos either fail to load or crash my phone then i have to close and reopen the site im using a samsung

every single browser on iOS is actually just Safari with a skin, because Apple is Apple. as a result, none of them can actually display .webm files.

the site has reprocessed .mp4 versions of .webm files that can be displayed on iPhones and iPad browsers. those .mp4 versions are currently not available for all posts.
