not a bug, you have to refresh after adding tags, because when you hit edit for the second tag it brings up the tags that are currently on the image, ie the ones from before you edited it. so by not refreshing when you add that second tag the list of tags does not include the one you put in the first edit, because it is only pulling the original tag list.

I figured that was why it happened, I was moreso hoping that could be something that would be changed, like the blacklist thing I mentioned (again I don't know if that's the vanilla ui change or if that's re6)
