Intense, a trio, was a musical group (comprised of Beau Thomas, Dan Duncan, and Simon Vispi) whose work falls underneath the intelligent drum & bass/jazzstep scenes from the late 1990s and early 2000s. They are best known for tracks such as "Only You," "Breathless," and "The Genesis Project," in addition to being a household name on the prominent record label Good Looking Records.

Their song, "Only You," would drastically increase in popularity beginning in the early months of 2022 due to its use in the Cat Breakdancing meme (which utilize the song generally beginning at the 5:25 mark). Numerous videos containing "Only You" have amassed millions of views on their respective platforms, with the official YouTube video for the song now having over 2.2 million views (as of August 6, 2025).
