The Plague Doctor (canon name Paracelsus) is one of the character classes in Darkest Dungeon. Outside of flashbacks, she is always depicted in full plague doctor garb, including a beak mask. She primarily fights through the use of various poisons, bombs, and concoctions, but also wields a knife for close-range attacks.

The Plague Doctor has an interest in defying death, and semi-successfully reanimated her deceased professor. However, the resulting man was in a state of constant agony, forcing her to give him a mercy kill and severely traumatizing her.
