BUSINESSLORD POPPER is a minor character and trader in Baldur's Gate 3.

Popper has the appearance of a red Kobold wearing skins and a loincloth. However, atop his head he wears "The Hat of Eminent Giggles" which is really just a fancy top hat.

Popper works as a trader at "The Circus of the Last Days" as a "Purveyor or Trinkets and Treats". He sells various camp supplies, potions, and alchemical ingredients. By his own admission and according to the Ring Master's Employees List, Popper was just an average Kobold, looting, pillaging, anything he could get his hands on. He was the type to try and sell somebody the stuff he pickpocketed off them minutes before. The Ringmaster Lucretius hired him on the spot after he tried to sell her the some junk he stole from her.

Popper has since then been "reformed". All of his "Treatos" that he sells are only obtained through grave robbing. He generally tries to avoid killing others if he can help it although he is very blasé about others dying still. He is especially friendly with Dragonborn and has a fetish for female drow.

Popper is a person of interest in the sidequest "Find Dribbles the Clown". He has Dribbles the Clown's hand and is willing to sell it for either 10,000 gold or by being convinced.
