Breasts that have a noticeable sag or droop - this is best used when the breasts are "saggy" beyond the normal amount of sag unsupported breasts may have. Breast sag is mostly seen with big breasts/huge breasts, and commonly a physical attribute of mature female characters.

Not to be confused with hanging breasts: while both tags involve breasts sagging, this is for breasts that sag regardless of the pose the character is in.
