Character: hugo vlad
Hugo Vlad is a character that appears in Zenless Zone Zero. He first appeared in a flashback during Von Lycaon's Agent Story. Hugo Vlad is a partial relative of the aristocratic Ravenlock family, who cut his ties with them and formed the phantom thief troupe Mockingbird with Lycaon. After a major incident, Lycaon parted from Mockingbird, leaving Hugo as the only member until he took Vivian Banshee in.
Hugo's presence became larger during Season One's epilogue, where he and Lycaon would partially reconcile, whilst helping the protagonists.
Note: Whilst Hugo bears several characteristics with vampires, Hugo canonically isn't one. It's currently unclear if he's human or another race at this time.
