When a character or object has orifices resembling a lower quality sex_doll's. A typical depiction of a sex doll hole is a circular orifice that has an opening in the center for penetration.

Tagging

This tag should only apply when visible orifice(s) are clearly artificial in appearance and not shaped like an orifice of a real creature. The orifice does not need to be on a sex doll to qualify for this tag. Likewise a sex doll can possess orifices that appear sufficiently realistic to not qualify for this tag. When tagging, an orifice should be tagged as a mouth, anus, vagina, etc. depending on the placement. Penetration should only be tagged as sex if the orifice's owner is alive. Otherwise, tag masturbation.

This tag should always qualify as Explicit even if the visible orifice is only the mouth.
