The Big and Will Be Bad Wolf initially appears as a large, bipedal wolf toy; if angered or it eats an employee, it becomes a much more vicious-looking feral wolf-like creature. In Lobotomy it is connected to the Abnormality Little Red Riding Hooded Mercenary (reflecting Little Red Riding Hood), such that either will get closer to breaching containment and hunting the other down if they get any hint the other is in the facility with them. In Library it and Little Red Riding Hooded Mercenary are part of the Gebura floor, serving as allegories for the setting's bloodlust and violence, and are fought both as individual Abnormalities and collectively as part of the floor's Realisation boss fight.
