Grand Zeno (全王 Zen’ō, lit. "King of All"), also known as Zen-oh, Zenny, is the Omni-King of the Dragon Ball Multiverse. He is introduced in Dragon Ball Super.

Zeno has the appearance and personality of a small alien child, with an ovular head. The middle is a sky blue while the sides are purple with grey ear holes similar to that of final form Frieza. He has small round eyes and mouth that tend to be held in a very neutral expression or a small smile most of the time. His attire consists is a magenta and yellow lined coat matching pants and pointy slippers. He also wears a black and white shirt underneath, with the kanji for "all" (全) printed on the front.

Zeno is the undisputed ruler of all twelve universes within Dragon Ball Super. He is immortal and completely immune to all damage or techniques that could theoretically subdue him. Zeno unlike most higher deities in Dragon Ball is not a martial artist or combatant. Instead he lords over all other deities with his signature ability: Erasure, which allows him to completely erase anything that he desires from existence. This includes planets, immortals, souls, other gods, and even entire realities. The only being immune to this effect is Zeno himself.

Similar to Majin Buu, Zeno has the personality of a small child. He is prone to rapid mood swings taking interest or becoming bored and forgetting about stuff very easily. He also possesses a callous disregard for the lives of mortals and universes, even going so far as to play games the involve the destruction of star systems, galaxies, and universes for fun.

He is frequently accompanied by two bodyguards, who exist to prevent Zeno from being angered for any reason and The Grand Minister, father of Whis and the angels and caretaker for the Omni-King.

After the events of the Goku Black Arc, the Zeno of Future Trunks' timeline became Zeno's best friend. This version of Zeno is known as Future Zeno, he looks and acts almost identical to present Zeno except he is left-handed.
