Sometimes known as sitting_on_penis, on_penis is when a character physically sits or lays on top of another character's penis, often times when the penis is large enough to hold them up like a seat.

This tag is not to be confused with other tags such as cowgirl_postion or reverse_cowgirl_position , where a character "sits" on a penis through penetration contact.

The tag on_penis cannot be used if there is only visual of a character being penetrated by a penis.

The tag can be combined with other tags such as prodding (when there's not pentration) and imminent_sex.
