Rhea is a major character in Fire Emblem Three Houses, where she serves as the archbishop of the Seirosian faith. She is the main antagonist of Crimson Flower, and a damsel in distress in the other routes. Rhea is a Nabatean, an immortal demigod who can transform into a feral dragon at will. Her true identity is that of Saint Seiros, who founded the Seirosian faith as a compromise to protect the survivors of the Nabatean genocide.

Rhea created Byleth as a vessel to resurrect her mother, the god Sothis. Despite believing Byleth to be her mother, she engages in sexually suggestive behavior towards them. Make of that what you will.
