Fire Emblem: Three Houses is a tactical RPG developed by Intelligent Systems and released on the Nintendo Switch in 2019. It is the 16th entry in the Fire Emblem series. Set in a new continuity, the story takes place on the continent of Fódlan, which is divided between three nations. The heirs apparent of each nation come together in neutral territory at the center of the continent to study at the Officers' Academy under the tutelage of Rhea, the archbishop of their shared faith. The player character is a professor at the academy who must choose a house to teach at the start of the game; this choice affects which side they end up on when war inevitably breaks out.
