Tibarn is a playable character in Fire Emblem Path of Radiance and Fire Emblem Radiant Dawn. He is a hawk laguz and the king of the laguz hawk tribe. Ulki serves as his retainer. As a laguz royal, Tibarn can maintain beast form indefinitely.
