Fire Emblem: Path of Radiance is a tactical RPG developed by Intelligent Systems and released on the GameCube in 2005. It is the 9th entry in the Fire Emblem series and the first to implement 3D graphics. The story follows the head of a mercenary company as he strives to defeat an usurper king and restore the rightful princess to the throne with the help of an army of furries.
This game is most notable for introducing the laguz species: Shapeshifters who, like the manaketes of previous games, can shift between humanoid and feral forms. While manaketes could only be dragons, laguz can be mammals, avians, or dragons. Of course, they also experienced a genocide; this is Fire Emblem, after all.
Notable features:
- They really catered to the gay furry scene with this one: Wall-to-wall hunks and twinks. For everyone else, there's a sexy catgirl.
- Extremely homoerotic dialogue between the protagonist and his furry friends.
- Female dragons who aren't loli, for once.
