When one predator is consuming four or more prey characters at the same time. This tag only concerns prey that are penetrating or partially_inside/almost_fully_inside a singular predator. Multiple predators eating one prey each is not many_prey_at_once. Four or more prey already consumed by one predator is also not many_prey_at_once
