Short for endosomatophilia, literally "inside, body, love". It is a fetish about the love of being inside the body. As a tag on e621, endosoma is treated as a subset of vore that is both soft_vore and safe_vore that describes when a prey character stays inside the body of the predator with no harm or digestion involved for an extended time. It also may also include non-digestive tract related forms of internal body exploration.

More often than other kinds of vore, endosoma usually features willing_prey and is usually enjoyable for one or both characters.

Types of Endosoma:

• Healing vore where being inside the predator heals the prey from wounds.
• Full Tour - The prey is ingested or inserted at one end of the digestive tract, and travels through to the other end unharmed
• Regurgitation - The prey is swallowed, and then "spat back up" unharmed, from the same orifice. Not inherently a vore tag, but often is used for vore.
• vore_transportation - A common endosoma theme, it is not a given that it is endosoma, however.
• permanent_endosoma - Situations where the prey is an indefinite/permanent occupant of the pred
